Tracey Turton

MAR, CNHC, BA (Hons) Psychology Clinic Director & Clinical Reflexologist

I have dedicated the last 26 years to helping clients feel great. Using a combination of Reflexology, Emotional Freedom Technique and well-being coaching, I help you to understand how and why you have become unwell, what triggers your symptoms and give you the tools and support to help you navigate your journey to the vibrant and fulfilling life you truly deserve.

In 2005 I fulfilled my dream of opening a Natural Health clinic, Cheshire Natural Health, to bring together a team of highly qualified therapists under one roof. We are now one of the largest clinics in the North of England, with 22 therapists offering a range of natural therapies.

I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists, a Chronic pain and fatigue Recovery Specialist working with the Chrysalis Effect, an accredited Wellbeing Coach and Emotional Freedom Technique practitioner.

My passion is to help my clients understand how our mind, body, environment, lifestyle and dietary factors all contribute to how well we look and feel.

Iris Dowell

Specialist in Face and Body Endermologie

I am originally from the North East but moved to Lymm with my husband a few years ago to be nearer our family.

I believe that it is important to look after both mind and body, and I do this by keeping fit, practicing Yoga, swimming and walking. When relaxing I enjoy reading, going to the theatre, holidaying with family and socialising with friends.

I love helping my clients to look and feel good, whatever their age.

Becky Soens

Massage Therapist

I began studying holistic health and complementary therapies more than six years ago. My passion for complementary therapies has enabled me to learn, share and help people improve their overall health, lifestyle and well-being.

I am fully qualified and trained in Level 3 Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology for Complementary Therapies, Level 3 Massage, Advanced and Deep Tissue Massage and Detox and Cellulite Massage. In continuing my professional development, I am studying towards a Level 4 Diploma in Massage.

An initial consultation and aftercare is important so that I can provide a treatment and/or treatment plan that considers all levels of wellbeing and considers all systems of the body. The outcome will be bespoke massage chosen by you. Whether you want a massage to promote deep relaxation, reduction in muscle tension, stress reduction, pain relief, improved mood or better sleep, a massage can help the mind and body restore balance and strengthen the immune system. I will be able to give you some after care advice to help you benefit from the treatment afterwards and also devise a treatment plan if needed.

When I’m out of the treatment room I enjoy getting outdoors and walking our dogs, going to the gym and meeting up with family and friends.
